poppy Posted June 1, 2012 Posted June 1, 2012 Karsa, I have a playlist I've made on Myspace. NZ has very strict file-sharing laws and it's about the only place online I've found where I can listen to music relatively easily (and legally) The ones I've got of Jethro Tull are .....dadadadum ...... Thick as a Brick Locomotive Breath Aqualung Dun Ringall Living in the Past

frankie Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 Rush - Nobody's hero. I wonder if they sing about the goodness of humanity or the manatee. Edit I promise it was a coincidence, my comp wouldn't show the link above until after posting.
Karsa Orlong Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 Edit I promise it was a coincidence, my comp wouldn't show the link above until after posting. This is no coincidence - I've got my Rush 'short' playlist going at the moment - 28 songs long, as opposed to the 'long' playlist which is 100 songs And it's playing this at the moment: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFbrFoD8b78 That geeetar solo at the end brings a lump to my throat every time I hear it
frankie Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 Poppy, excellent choice! I'm listening to Gavin Locke. Brings back some awesome memories.
frankie Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 I'm currently listening to Pearl Jam, their live album recorded in Seattle, back in 2000, while trying to picture myself being in the audience.
frankie Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 Pariisin kevät: Meteoriitti (one of my theme songs from last summer and the summer before. If you want to check it out, go ahead, there are lyrics too so you can sing along )
