Stargate SG-1 is a sci-fi mostly-action series, second only to Star Trek: TNG. It's epic.

Trust me, Stargate isn't better than Star Trek. It's more mindless and more action-adventure, so it depends on what you want really, but nothing beats ST for me.

Today I learnt that there are too many viewpoints and essays/articles written about Harry Potter (as I have to analyse a few critical articles for my Children's Literature assignment )

 

There is actually a college course offered (can't remember which college though) on the Science of Harry Potter. Sad?
