I didn't feel like fixing a thing when I got home tonight! So I had some hummus and carrots, a couple of 'lil pickles and a banana, lol. Maybe I'll make some popcorn later...

Excellent idea, Frankie!! I do believe my DVD will wear out soon... I'm hoping the new footage gets online too, Chesilbeach, since I am obviously not making it to Comic Con. The New Moon official website just premiered today, btw! Lots of lovely updates to be had. -

Woo-hoo Nici!! *tear* Aww all these new fans really choke me up! I think everyone know's my feelings on BD. I'll just say thank goodness for the abundance of 'relations' that I can read in the Sookie Stackhouse books since Meyer left all of it out of her books! -
I cooked up a bunch of chicken tonight to have on my salads the next few days. It's the easiest thing to do on these busy days, and it goes very yummily with my homemade balsamic dressing .

Oh yeah, Kylie, that scene freaked me out too! "...the rowers keep on rowing, and they show no signs of SLOWING!" Frankie, by Madden style I meant John Madden, who is a popular American football announcer here. When he announces he breaks down each football game play by play, if you know what I mean. So I guess I was referring to Rory explaining every single little detail to Lorelei about Dean, the kiss, and how it all went down .

About to make chicken florentine tonight, being that I need leftovers for tomorrow and have an abundance of spinach that I need to use before it goes bad, LOL.

Gene Wilder is the only Willy Wonka, Frankie! Forgive me Depp fans, but the original version is the movie I grew up with and Wilder is the only way I remember that film. Have you seen the original yet Frankie? Excellent episode, and yes, I think Lorelei was a little tough on Dean. You feel bad for her though, since she's obviously hurt that Rory didn't tell her first about the kiss. Is it in the end scene though where Rory goes up to Lorelei's room and they break the whole thing down Madden-style? I like the discussion about how where the kiss happened was a 'good aisle' in the market .

So far I've just read the first of the Sookie Stackhouse books, and a couple weeks ago I finished watching the first season of True Blood and I love it! I ended up just renting it through the mail with Netflix since I don't have cable TV, and hopefully one of these days I'll get to see season two. At first I wasn't sure about Anna's portrayal of Sookie, but after finishing the first season she has definitely grown on me. I'm not a fan of how Bill says her name either . While I was reading the book I was reading it like the way Lorelei pronounced her best friend's name in Gilmore Girls - am I the only one that did that?! Like others, I also adore Eric and Sam .

Hadn't quite thought of dinner yet since it's just 11:00am here, but a bunch of my co-workers and I just decided to get Indian food for lunch so I'll be having leftovers of that tonight! Yum .

I will take Edward M-W-F and Angel T-Th-S, please. I need Sundays to myself . What can I say? These guys make me lose all power of discernment... -

Excellent episode, Kylie! I love it when Luke walks in and saves the day with bags of ice for the party . I love him too for baking Rory the cake. Well, I love him for doing pretty much anything on that show, LOL.

Hey Charm, I keep meaning to ask you - have you taken a peak at Midnight Sun yet? -
I was just standing at the communal printer here at work and was reminded how much I hate it when someone takes the whole stack off the printer and proceeds to thumb through it with a finger they just licked looking for their particular document! Ugh, I don't want a paper with a slightly bent corner and your saliva on it, thank you very much . Ick!

Ugh, happy hour food for me tonight. I seem to remember 3 kinds of hummus (my fave, yum!), miniature Philly cheese sandwiches and onion rings. Tasty, but good only once in a great while! Save for the hummus that is .
-
I just finished watching the first season of that on DVD Charm and it is excellent! Captures the books really well, and the stuff they added in that's not in the books still fits. Have you seen the first season of it?

I haven't heard this song in quite awhile and I was really cracking up in the car this morning when it came up on my iPod. It's pure fluff, but oh so fun . Stick Shifts & Safety Belts - Cake Stickshifts and safetybelts, Bucket seats have all got to go. When we're driving in the car, It makes my baby seem so far. I need you here with me, Not way over in a bucket seat. I need you to be here with me, Not way over in a bucket seat. But when we're driving in my Malibu, It's easy to get right next to you. I say, "Baby, scoot over, please." And then she's right there next to me. I need you here with me, Not way over in a bucket seat. I need you to be here with me, Not way over in a bucket seat. Well a lot of good cars are Japanese. But when we're driving far, I need my baby, I need my baby next to me. Well, stickshifts and safetybelts, Bucket seats have all got to go. When we're driving in the car, It makes my baby seem so far. I need you here with me, Not way over in a bucket seat. I need you to be here with me, Not way over in a bucket seat.

Ooooh did I miss something? You're starting the Sookie series?! YES! I've only read the first one so far but man I loved it and want to read the rest. Ditto to what Lexie said about Eric too . And yeah, these books fill in all the gaps .

Stephenie 'Fizzles' Meyer Still, to Charm for becoming a fan and here's to swoonage!! -
YAYYYY Charm!!! Well done, you . I'm so glad you finished them and didn't hate them! And it looks like Eclipse was your favorite, huh? I agree about the 2nd part of BD being irritatingly from the other characters point of view, and a 'bit more action' as you put it is exactly my thought as well. *Sniff* Awwww...
