  1. Maybe Patton, since the name is in the quote?
  2. Princess & the Frog, really really good.
  3. Like I've stated before, the Shining. I actually watched only the half, till the bathroom scene. It's true I can't really handle this kind of films. My dad says that the scariest film he's ever watched is Rosemary's Baby, which actually sounds really freaky.
  4. Far From Heaven, it was OK, but not as good as I had read
  5. Blinding-Florence + the Machine
  6. Children Games-Alexandre Desplat
  7. Black Star-Radiohead
  8. God, I don't know how much longer I'll have to wait till I watch this film! In addition, I'm waiting to see other 2009 films in either DVD or cinema, like: 500 Days Of Summer District 9 The White Ribbon A Prophet Fish Tank The Hurt Locker Precious Up In The Air A Single Man It's crazy...
  9. I finally finished Brideshead Revisited, but I have no idea of what I'm going to start next.
  10. We're Going Home-Clint Mansel
  11. Two that pop in mind just now are "quintessential" and "embrace".
  12. You've Got The Love Sometimes I feel like throwing my hands up in the air I know I can count on you Sometimes I feel like saying "Lord I just don't care" But you've got the love I need To see me through Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough And things go wrong no matter what I do Now and then it seems that life is just too much But you've got the love I need to see me through When food is gone you are my daily meal When friends are gone I know my savior's love is real Your love is real You got the love (x6) Time after time I think "Oh Lord what's the use?" Time after time I think it's just no good Sooner or later in life, the things you love you loose But you got the love I need to see me through You got the love (x12) Sometimes I feel like throwing my hands up in the air I know I can count on you Sometimes I feel like saying "Lord I just don't care" But you've got the love I need to see me through
  13. I think it's because sex has always been considered as something, what's the right word, immoral? At least if we take it to the status of religion. As a result, many people don't feel comfortable about their body. I have some friends, for instance, who can't stand watching sex scenes, they'll begin turning around or giggling and that kind of stuff. Well, they can't actually talk about it either. I've only read one book describing sex, Atonement, and the scene was important to the plot. Otherwise, I'm not sure what descriptions would make me feel uncomfortable. I don't generally mind it in films either, but usually when it's decipted more emotionally, otherwise it makes me a little uncomfortable, maybe due to the fact that I don't have any sexual experiences.
  14. I think it is a love-hate book. An excellent case can be made for both positions.
  15. Cloudy With A Chance Of Meetballs, really entertaining.
