  7. Agreed. Sorry peacefield! Oh Oh I know that film!!! Can't for the life of me remember the bloody title though , will check with OH and get back on that. Mind you by the end of the evening we will both probably be going mad trying to remember it Pet Semetary was my absolute favourite King book! Obviously the film wasn't quite as good, are they ever really? But I still really enjoyed it, in fact it was one of the scariest I had seen at the time!
  8. That's just it, I'd already bought the undiscounted one! I'm sure you're right though, probably just a different cover. Oooh I shall look forward to hearing what you think of that, sounds very interesting! I'm sure you will peacefield and I hope we both enjoy it! My car is an actual Leon, a Seat Leon, we just call it 'The Leon'. Not very original I know Sorry! It's my next read so I'll let you know as soon as I've finished thank you Chesilbeach! I had no idea if they were good or not, they looked good and I liked the covers but it's nice to hear I made a good choice That's a no brainer, stay at home and read girly! Crack open a bottle, put your feet up and stay at home in the heat reading! Now that I say it, that sounds good!
  9. thank you Janet! I hope so too Glad to hear it! They were recommended to me by Kell and luckily enough I got the last copy in the shop today
  10. Oh don't worry! and thanks! I did manage to pick up a copy of The Heretic's Daughter today (I know you enjoyed it), so I'm moving it up near the top of the pile
  11. I know! I didn't think I would be able to find it but I did eventually. Then I noticed it on the '3 for 2' tables but it was a different cover, hope I've got the right version What's this Helter Skelter? Sounds interesting if it's spooking you by just holding it!
  12. Thanks Ben! I really hope you enjoy it! I'v just taken 3 books off my wishlist as I've bought them! They will now be added to my TBR pile instead. Undead and Unwed by MaryJanice Davidson Evermore by Alyson Noel The Heretic's Daughter by Kathleen Kent The next two weren't on my wishlist, but I also bought Labyrinth by Kate Mosse (no idea if it's supposed to be good or not, but it was in a charity shop, the cover looks nice and it was only 47p ) and Dark Lover by J. R. Ward, so they will also be added to my TBR pile.
  13. Enjoy! Like kookie said, I did manage to get out! My clever hubby got the car up the lane at last, yay! It's absolutely baltic here, -11 degrees C, but at least now have stocked up and more importantly, I got to bookshops!! Went to Waterstone's and bought: Evermore by Alyson Noel Undead and Unwed by MaryJanice Davidson Dark Lover by J.R.Ward The Heretic's Daughter by Kathleen Kent Went around the charity shops too but there wasn't much I fancied, and any that I did were in a really bad state. I did manage to find Labyrinth by Kate Mosse though, which was lucky as I got Sepulchre by the same author before xmas in the same shop. They were actually having a sale so I got not one, but two copies, both in excellent order for 95p!! I couldn't make up my mind which one to take, so I got the other copy for my friend
  14. Season 3 is a big Eric season and there's going to be a season four! Check it out!

  18. Charm

Oh same here  we were snowed in over xmas too.

This is our third build and we swore it would be the last (still a few things I'd change though ) don't think you ever get it perfect. Just wait til the kids get older, mine are teens and it's a nightmare being a taxi! At least I know where they are though and how they are getting home.

I hope you have success with your sale soon!
