  1. Oh no! I'm so disappointed you didn't enjoy The Un-Dead so much Weave I honestly thought it was brilliant I do understand exactly what you mean about the inspector thought, he did seem to have his blinkers on and came to realise the truth in a rather hurried way. I just told myself that in the time it was set, everyone was much more naive so maybe it was a bit more plausable for people to act that way? The storyline was also tweaked to make it more convenient with the timing and the whole but I did think it entertaining. I hope you enjoy your next read much more
  2. Read about 90 pages of Kiss Of Evil last night and it does seems good. It's keeping my mojo happy, which is always a good thing!
  3. Yay! Another possible Sookie fan! I hope you enjoy the series Kylie

  5. Oh me too. I really would like the paperback as all the rest of my series is that way, but I dare say I'll be buying the hardback even though it won't match

  9. Unfortunately I know the feeling only too well lately However, Mr Montanari seems to be keeping me interested which is a good sign. I hope your mojo comes and stays for a long time!
  10. I thought he was fantastic in Lock Stock, so funny! I also liked him in Mean Machine and the X Men movie. He's the one I'm supporting at the min too At the min, that's the lot, there may well be more going in, I hear Pamela Anderson is rumoured to be joining them, who knows?

  18. That's some TBR pile joe! Which of the Lincoln Rhyme books haven't you read yet? I'm up to The Vanished Man, have you read it? I almost picked it up today but went for a Richard Montanari instead. Have you read any Tess Gerritsen? Her series which starts with The Surgeon is a fantastic read. Happy Reading!

  21. Thanks Joe My OH read At My Mother's Knee last year and quite enjoyed it. I'm not usually a fan of autobiographys but I like Paul O'Grady so I'm determined to give it a shot
  22. He is great isn't he, a bit like Tess Gerritsen too. His series which starts with The Rosary Girls is one of my favs I cant' stand it when that happens , I tend to buy books by various authors who I've seen mentioned on here if I see them in a charity shop, so I have quite a few mid series novels I do mean to get the rest! Why thank you! That's very generous of you, and an offer I will surely take you up on, if I haven't got them myself by that stage! Don't rush on my account though, as you know, I have quite a substantial TBR pile myself You did indeed Agent C!
  23. Oh I know! Never say never! I wouldn't move the kids at this stage though, who knows? Maybe when they're older Nice to see you back btw
  24. Thanks Ben! Now that is definately something to look forward to! I would so love to! We were at one stage, a few years ago, considering moving to the states and that area was my top choice, I've never even been there! It does look and sound wonderful though . thank you Lilywhite! I certainly hope so
