Good news is I've managed to get some reading in - I made a good dent in my current book yesterday:readingtwo: although it seems a bit of a chore this one for some reason. I've joined a bookring tho and I'm first on the list so I need to get it finished!

I have to say I agree with ya. I loved the x files and cant wait to see the new movie however I just got bored with Lost after a while even though I did perservere with it for half a dozen episodes, maybe I was missing something

! Though I do hav to go soon got a couple of errands to run, in the rain no doubt I'll get soaked in between showers - the rain will prob come on as I leave the shop and go off and I go into another or get in the car:motz:

If this was in answer to my post (and i apologise for being so presumptious if it wasnt! lol ) I really hav no excuse as I am a fully trained chef - although I havnt worked in industry for 15yrs. Even with all the stuff i trained in my family still perfer the basics and i have to be quiet about anything 'unusual' I add. They still dont realise the pitta is garlic and coriander - they just think its rather tasty! I am starting to pass my skills onto my daughter and i have to say she makes a mean sunday lunch and pavlova for a 12 yr old

We will be having sweet chilli stirfry with garlic and corriander pitta bread and some coleslaw - well thats the plan anyway!

I have read all the Tempe series by Kathy Reichs as well and thought they were brill! I would consider them books which I dont even have to get an opinion on now as I'm sure they're gonna be a good read. Her new book is called Devil Bones I believe - I'm waiting for it to come out in paperbak form! I have Triptych on my TBR list. Good to hear its a great read too!

It was very yummy indeed! I always make more than I need for leftovers like you did with your chicken satay. Do you not find that it always tastes better the next day? Especially things like chilli, soup, bolognese or curry etc. I love having things like that with a piece of toast or garlic bread!

oh he is during the day. He's out all night and as long as he's well fed he would sleep all day (assuming he gets peace from the dog or kids)
