Why is GoodReads being weird again? I personally have my read shelf on “date read” descending. So the latest book is at the top. But I have noticed it is putting my most recent read books in a completely random order.

No problem with this, it’s a discussion board for a reason. You are perfectly entitled to your opinion, and you weren’t rude about it. I have read The Fault In Our Stars. One of my favourite books of the year, and probably of all time. I don’t think I will be reading any of his other books though.

I am not sure I understand the topic for this week either. I will say I was quite fond of Miranda The Devil Wears Prada. As I could not stand the protagonist Andy and we are I assume, all supposed to dislike Miranda. There was also a character in The Flowershop By The Sea by Ali McNamara, who was awful. Her personality was stuck up and she was always right, but I liked the character. Honestly though, like you say it's not that easy to understand what they are asking.

I am only going to have one book read in October, as it's fallen behind quite a bit. I am really enjoying two books I am reading, and I have unfortunately misplaced a third one. So will have to find that.
