Peacefield Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 I watched The Brothers Bloom last night and thought it was okay. It was clever, and I get what they were trying to do, but not exactly award-winning. Love Mark Ruffalo though, and now have a new-found appreciation for Mr. Adrien Brody!
Stephanie2008 Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 I'm about half way through Ratatouille Remy's so cute!

Peacefield Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 Watching/listening to the New Moon DVD w/commentary. It's really too bad Mr. Chris Weitz is already married...
Kylie Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 Mermaids with Cher, Winona Ryder and Christina Ricci. I never get tired of watching this one.
Sedge Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 There was a distinct lack of quality television last night, so we slobbed out and watched Ghostbusters again - awesome!
Stephanie2008 Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 Watched the end of Ratatouille then the Producers. There are some fantastic musical numbers in this movie
Nicola Booth Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 It was not a dvd but I watched Ghosts of Girlfriends Past on Sky Premiere on Friday. Normally love this type of movie but think I am either getting harder to please or they are done coming up with new ideas?
rach.at.the.disco Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 500 Days Of Summer again. I love love love this film, probably the best film I've seen this year.
Chrissy Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 'The Mexican' with Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts. It has been sitting on the dvd shelf for years, and tonight we finally got around to watching it. A strangely enjoyable film.
Peacefield Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 I watched An Education tonight and enjoyed it. I can see why Carey Mulligan was nominated for an Oscar, but I'm afraid Peter Skarsgaard monumentally got on my nerves! I just wanted to kick him . Aside from that, a lovely little film.
ned Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 I watched The Goonies a couple of nights ago "Hey you guyyyys"
Raven Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 The Thing From Another World The black and white original. Very well written and filmed, a sci-fi classic!
BookJumper Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 Daybreakers. Brilliant premise - decent film, except for the continuity errors galore.
