Mac
1: My sofa regularly takes itself into town and picks drunk people up after a night out and takes them safely to their door, as it has a strong social conscience. 2: Every now and then, I find a small collection of dust bunnies constructed in such a way that it creates a form similar to that of Sting's favourite Bass "Poke". 3: Ever since the solar eclipse of 1999, I've been able to read peoples faces, detecting things such as noses, eyes and, on occasion, facial hair. 4: Having won several beauty pageants since the age of four, my attempts to foster world peace and work with children has only half worked. 5: Labour came back into power in 1997. I know this, because I borrowed my mate Steve's time machine and ended up in Diss, Norfolk where a big party happened to be occurring and Lisa Rowley went skinny dipping (more like Chunky Dunking) in the mere. Mac
Five sensible facts: 1: I live on the edge of the Peak District in England, so have easy access to hills and moorland. 2: I volunteer two nights a week as a Scout Leader and an Assistant Explorer Scout Leader in which I train, supervise and assess the Duke of Edinburgh's Award. 3: I'm divorced and still have no idea where I went wrong six years down the line. 4: I grew up in a tiny village that I'd love to move back to but can't afford the house prices (but I'm there 6 out of 7 days a week, as it's where I teach and volunteer). 5: My cat holds regular parties for the neighbourhoods Pet Union, where they begin with a meeting covering different aspects of their work within the community, which they end by getting terribly drunk and marauding the neighbouring cul-de-sac. The naughty things. Okay. I couldn't resist putting something ridiculous in. Sorry.

BookJumper
i desperately want to study in england since ever but i'm afraid not to be acceptedYou won't know for certain unless you apply what have you got to lose? If you apply and get in, marvellous; if you don't get in, at least you gave it your best shot. Besides, consider that for a first UK degree it is expected that you should apply to more than one University, and should you not get into any of those, there is something called Clearing which will basically tell you 'You didn't get into courses X an Y but there's places on courses W and Z which will take you with the grades you have.' This to give everyone the best shot at an education to suit their needs. I don't know what your proposed course of study is but, two degrees later with hopefully a third ahead of me, I for one am glad I didn't settle for the way literature is taught in Italy (brainless parrot-style)...!
