Tesco and Sainsbury's do lovely low fat curry sauces and even the bog standard curry sauce in the "basics" range is lovely and it is also less than 5g fat. We have spag bol tonight. muggle not
I just finished a wonderful dinner, but an odd combination. I had Bison steak and cheese grits as a side dish. I used some butter and a wee bit of Maple Syrup in the grits. Gol darn they were good. My wife had scrambled eggs. she doesn't eat beef of any type and doesn't care for grits (actually she will not try them).
