Chicken in a low fat tikka massala sauce - with rice and peas - not the same without the fat bit though :)

Oh come on Paula you have to pick the right make!! Tesco and Sainsbury's do lovely low fat curry sauces and even the bog standard curry sauce in the "basics" range is lovely and it is also less than 5g fat.:D

We have spag bol tonight.

I just finished a wonderful dinner, but an odd combination. I had Bison steak and cheese grits as a side dish. I used some butter and a wee bit of Maple Syrup in the grits. Gol darn they were good. My wife had scrambled eggs. she doesn't eat beef of any type and doesn't care for grits (actually she will not try them). :D

Darn Muggle, if I'd known earlier I could have sent you some Old-fashioned biscuit gravy mix to go with those grits :D

hehehe, no thanks. Not if you made the gravy. Can't teach a woman from down under to cook to save my life. ;):D:)
