  1. I've just finished The Virgin's Lover and loved it. I didn't realise that Elizabeth I had such a sad (romantically) story. Not sure what to move onto next. I was thinking of starting Dracula but I think I need a break from vampires for a few weeks. The Silence of the Lambs is sat looking at me so maybe I'll give that a go.
  2. I agree.....this song isn't too great and it's also stuck in my head too Arghhhhhhh!!!
  3. Ah there's nothing better than a good power ballad in your morning shower to wake you up and clear the windpipes (My personal favourite is Alone by Heart )
  4. I'm almost finished The Virgin's Lover. It's such a good book....I don't want it to end
  5. I always keep my books as I like to collect them. I'll lend them to my Mam and my 4 Twilight books are doing the rounds through my circle of friends but generally I keep them. I buy books from charity shops but couldn't give them away unfortunately

  8. Me too! Bad reviews don't generally put me off a movie so I'll still be heading along to see it
  9. Hello Rune! Welcome to the forum Too many books....too little time
  10. That sounds like the perfect way to enjoy a book Tristan
  11. I think Jessica summed it up perfectly in the first episode of series 2 when she said to Bill "You are sooooooo not Eric".
  12. Ooooh I hope I like them as much as you Rune as I've just bought the first book Hopefully I'll get it started soon.
  13. I listen to the song in the gym as it has a good beat to get on the treadmill with. However, as I find the gym really dull, this song just reminds me of being bored Can anyone remember that horrid Soulja Boy song? (I think that's the correct spelling) When people use silly spellings like soulja instead of soldier, they're off to the wrong start with me
  14. I'm now about halfway through The Virgin's Lover
  15. Good for him to stick to his guns. He's such a handsome man that he would've been cast in a million rom-coms by now if the powers of Hollywood had their way......He could've been as big as Matthew McConaughey!
  16. I remember, back in the day, when Johnny Depp was an absolute heart throb in the way that Brad Pitt was. A poster boy for girls bedrooms. I didn't realise that he actually didn't want to be that type of actor during that period until his interview. I always assumed that he was a pretty boy first who developed into a great actor.....not a great actor who was given the label of pretty boy. Wonder if it's the same for Brad Pitt......although I think he may have been a model before getting that acting job in Thelma and Louise? Hmmmmmm.....I'm just rambling now I just can't believe that someone so reserved can pull all these crazy characters out of his hat. He's amazing
