    Hey There

Hello Brian! Welcome to the Forum
  7. Ned! There are no words!! Jodie Marsh....are you kidding? Alan Rickman shouldn't be attractive but he just has 'it' doesn't he. Whatever 'it' is I have a thing for: Louis Theroux (I like the nerd in him and those glasses ) Bernard Sumner from New Order. I nursed a crush from the age of 8 up until about 2007 when I saw him in the flesh and he danced like a Dad. 19 years of lust lost! Ronnie Wood.....Haaa! Ok....now I'm joking!
  8. I really enjoyed this book too Kate I've read about a third of Neil Gaiman's Graveyard Book.
  9. This has totally tickled me! A duck!!!!!
  10. Last night I finished Q&A by Vikas Swarup and I enjoyed it, although I prefer the movie (Slumdog Millionnaire.) There were very few similarities between the two actually. I'm hoping to finish reading The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman over the next few days
  11. This is what I would say too. Typical Harry! This made me chuckle! I also love all the nicknames used for Voldemort on this thread.....Mouldy Shorts, Oldy Moldy Voldy, The Big V
  12. My very first job was as a Saturday girl in Greggs at the Metro Centre. I worked four hours a week at
  13. I saw the film a few days ago and thought it was fantastic although I guessed the twist within the first 10 minutes! I haven't read the book as I didn't realise there was one I think I'll add it to my wish list though.
  14. I think he may be the only good element to those books! I think a few more chapters dedicated solely to him would be a good move for Ms Smith
  15. The happened to me when I read LJ Smith's Vampire Diaries. They weren't very good but I've read all four and I'm waiting for number 5 to be released this year so I can bore myself a wee bit more Thanks for the review! (p.s.....I agree with Stephanie. Without a hot vampire or 2, what's the point! )

    Hi there

    Welcome to the Forum!
  19. My BF re-bought me the Eric cover for valentines day. I literally have it perched on my bookshelves in the living room so I can see his menacing face from where I sit Yup.....I'm a lost cause!
  20. Welcome to the Forum Cressie!
  21. I didn't realise that! Interesting fact for the day With regards to the original question, I don't think it will any time soon. We're taught from an early age the English way to spell certain words and I can't see the English education system adopting American-English as standard. But who knows......anything is possible!
