  1. I placed an order online the other day and, although I really want to read Waking The Witch by Kelley Armstrong and Dexter is Delicious by Jeff Lindsay, I decided to just get the next four in the Anita Blake series by Laurell K HAmilton and get them next time when there's only a couple of Anita Blake ones left to read. So, in the post today, there came: Incubus Dreams Micah & Strange Candy Danse Macabre The Harlequin I'm gonna start Incubus Dreams later this evening, it's a real door stop, over 800 pages! This could take a while ......
  2. My book order arrived as hoped! The next four in the Anita Blake series. By Laurell K Hamilton: Incubus Dreams Micah & Strange Candy Danse Macabre The Harlequin I plan to start 'Incubus Dreams' tonight, it's only 839 pages! It's huge!
  3. Finished Breakneck last night and am now patiently waiting for the postman to bring the next Anita Blake books.
  4. Happy Birthday Cookie! Hope you have a lovely day xo

Oh this is so not fair, you two are making me worse ... I may have to take drastic action and go to the shop! Diet be damned! lol

  6. Oh I'm so pleased you're enjoying the Dexter series Mac, although you're the first person I've heard of liking the 3rd one the most! Dearly Devoted Dexter was my favourite, I think it was one of the more humourous ones but I totally get where you're coming from when you say you end up rooting for him, I think he's adorable in a naive kind of way and worried a lot over his safety, I just didn't want him caught! The only other killer I've thought of like that was Hannibal Lectar, especially in Hannibal Rising. Looking forward to reading your thoughts on the next one, think I may have to re-read these before buying Dexter is Delicious Hope you're well
  7. Happy Birthday Tunn! Hope you have a good one :)

  10. I have to agree, and you know me Paula ... I hate zombies! You have yet again piqued my interest .. I think
  11. Not forgetting the poster that just posts a smiley or something and doesn't actually have anything to say!
  12. It definitely is, you'll like it! I cannot believe you haven't read any Slaughter books!! You've got to read her first asap,!
  13. Just before I go, have any of you read Erica's 'In Silence' ? It reminded me a great deal of a Karin Slaughter style read, really good!
  14. Brilliant stuff Janet! Embarrassingly accurate too ...
  15. Wow! 10/10! Although I'm not really surprised It's one of my favourite Deaver books. You probably know it's part of a series (the next one The Coffin Dancer is equally as good) but if you happen to come across it, get your hands on The Blue Nowhere by him, one of my surprise favourite reads of last year. It will definitely make you think twice while online!
  16. Hi pipread! How are ya? Glad to hear Linda Fairstein is good, I have a couple of hers on my shelves I haven't ready any Erica Spindler that's disappointed me either! Always a good thriller I almost ordered Dexter today, just almost. I decided I wanted to finish the Anita Blake series first to get it out of the way, so I ordered the next 4 in that series instead! Oh and I've decided I want to re-read the Dexter books first

*huggles* I heard somewhere that migraines were actually a government form of mind control. Be careful, hun.

  18. Looking forward to seeing what you think of this! Yeah, Copycat is the first. It's really good, I think you'll like it. I'm about a third of the way through Breakneck now and this may sound funny, but
  19. Oh definitely team Damon here too! Those eyes and that smile ... oh my! I was team Stefan at the very beginning but switched very soon, now Stefan just annoys me. Unfortunately, I missed the last episode!!
  20. Oh I am definitely going to add Waking the Witch to my next order! Great reviews Kelly
  21. I finished Copycat by Erica Spindler and enjoyed it so much I went straight on to the next one, Breakneck
