  1. I will take all the blame, trust me it will be worth it! (did I mention my friend wanted to marry Lector after reading it? )
  2. Ooooh didn't know about the crossover ... interesting.
  3. Arghhh! I know I shouldn't but I read the spoilers and I missed the show! Must watch the repeat
  4. Now that is a good price Go for it! (not that I'd be the one to lead you astray or anything )
  5. Oh do! I saw a brand new hardback copy of it in a Bargain Books for 99p! Do you guys have this book store chain over there? I totally see where you are coming from Mac but I think you can empathise with him from the get go. I also like the way the films stay pretty close to the books.
  6. I finished The Historian! Do I read Deaver (The Bone Collector) or Dexter next??
  7. Oh that's good:D. Mine got worse!:irked: My washing machine packed in and died . I understand these things happen now and then so I wouldnt mind but I had to replace my tumble dryer 2 weeks ago! :irked: I also need 2 new tyres on my car  They say these things usually come in threes so I hope thats the end of it!

  8. Me too! It's like she's describing herself! At least that's just how I picture the older Scarpetta
  9. I have read most of this series and thought it was great! The order goes 'Blindsighted', 'Kisscut', 'A Faint Cold Fear', 'Indelible', 'Faithless' and 'Skin Privilage'. I've read all of these except 'Skin Privilage' which is on my shelf TBR along with 'Triptych'. I'm sure I will be getting a copy of 'Fractured' next too!
  10. Ah .. I see now. Thanks for that!
  11. I dont believe it is a LR one, is it not a Kathryn Dance novel?
  12. Well Scarpetta wasn't always that old, in her first novel she was still relatively young, Angelina is no spring chicken you know!
  13. Have you read The Blue Nowhere? I know I go on about it but it is rather good I have The Twelfth Card and The Sleeping Doll on my TBR shelf, gonna leave The Twelfth Card until I read the prequels though.

  16. She wouldn't have been my choice either even though I do like her, I'm kinda getting used to the idea though

    Hi Glowmay! to the forum
  18. Aww why so bored? You still on your own? Have some hugs :hug:

  19. Oh oh oh this is one of my favourite series'! The order to be read (not released) should be 'Hannibal Rising', 'The Red Dragon' (the title of the book and later the film which was a remake of 'Manhunter'), 'Silence of the Lambs' and finally 'Hannibal'. They were all brilliant in my humble opinion, but I can't wait to see what others think!
