  3. You should, its good. Real edge of your seat stuff, very gory but really good. My OH has watched this about 5 times! I did think it was good but it wouldnt be one of my favs. How was Meat Loaf in it though, wasn't he great!
  4. It was a great scene, scared the bejeysus outta me! I loved the scene so funny! Have you seen The Descent by the same people who produced Dog Soldiers?
  5. I still haven't seen this yet and I sooo want to Thanks! I can still think of more! Me too! I saw it in the cinema and was raving about it for days! Really looking forward to the next one
  6. Oh I've just moved house a month ago! Just starting to feel settled now though. We built it but it's not quite finished yet so our beautiful cement floors are just wonderful underfoot :irked: We'll get there though, besides this is the last time we're moving so we're just gonna take our time. :D Glad to hear you got Graeme's Mum sorted, hope she settles in well too for his sake as well

  13. Hi Sadya to the forum. I think you've definately come to the right place
  14. Oh dear ... I just read my last post. Just as well I spelt Count right!
  15. I know :o ... I'm so sorry  I really hope you're not offended now! You did manage to erase all of that image when you came here after all, and now when I hear Chimera I think of a beautiful, smart, booklover! :D

Hope you have a lovely bank holiday ... even after all that! :smile2:

  16. Welcome back!
  17. Such blasphemy!! *unloads a 'crate' full of freshly baked double choc chip cookies* I managed to read not one, but two chapters of Dracula this evening in the bath . Nearly dropped the poor Count into the water though Note to self: Do not heat water to sauna temp, where hands get slippy.
  18. Argghh its not fair. msn just says 'sorry this service is unavailable at this time. please try again later' :irked: D can sign in no prob too :motz:Hope its not my lappy, its been playing up lately, might have to wipe it and reboot from the discs soon

Darn tootin you'll have to look for internet cafes, otherwise I'll come lookin ya!

  19. Its a great match

Your name used to remind me of a show that was on in the Uk (many years ago now) called Chimera, about genetic research and a scientist who was trying to make the first human clone. The closest he got was a sort of mutant human, which looked like a cross between elephant man and a chimp! :icon_eek: Thankfully though since you've joined here that image of Chimera has slowly disappeared from my mind to a much more pleasant and very nice lady ;) Strange I know ... sorry :o

I do see what you mean about my mob, they are like a group of club bouncers!

  20. My favourite charity shop is the British Heart Foundation one in our town too. I've got some real gems there and the condition of their books seems to be a bit better too. The fact that they don't write on them helps.
  21. Thanks for the pic comment :D .. it is a bit confusing isn't it? I have no idea what they're supposed to be, but they do kinda look like cows I think or maybe zebras? ... or hippos? I think they're brilliant and sort of cute! :smile2: Love your profile pic btw!

  22. I think he'll take the opportunity to go way overboard with the madness! Can you imagine? Jack Sparrow was slightly mad in a funny way and Willy Wonka was slightly mad in a simple way. Maybe he'll just be down right crazy mad as the Mad Hatter, like name suggests? I'm just going by the Disney version mind you .... perhaps I should read the book
  23. I love Burton's movies, especially with Johnny Depp in them *pushes Roxi and Scarlette out of the way in a desparate attempt to get to the front of the queue* I really liked the film Sleepy Hollow too, so this sounds perfectly whacky and right up my street!
  24. Happy Birthday peachess! Hope you're having a lovely day! :smile2:
