Ms Squiggles Posted August 15, 2010 Posted August 15, 2010 Love Happens - a sweet film. Cute and funny.
Chrissy Posted August 15, 2010 Author Posted August 15, 2010 'The Court Jester', a ye olde worlde (1955) Danny Kaye film with sword fights and musical numbers! A young Angela 'Murder She Wrote' Lansbury with her long blonde hair and killer figure also starred, along with Basil 'Sherlock Holmes' Rathbone.
busy91 Posted August 16, 2010 Posted August 16, 2010 I saw the EXPENDABLES in the theater the other day. Typical action flick.
lopeanha Posted August 16, 2010 Posted August 16, 2010 Carriers very boring (thought it was a more horror type movie)
Stephanie2008 Posted August 16, 2010 Posted August 16, 2010 Final Destination 3 which I watched last night. Is it wrong how much I love these movies? I even love the third one which is almost unheard of
Lucybird Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Saw Knight and Day at the cinema on Sunday, terrible film, but funny for it.
Mexicola Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Before Sunrise. I liked it, but couldn't particularly warm to either of the characters which prevented me from loving it.
Kylie Posted August 21, 2010 Posted August 21, 2010 I saw Inception tonight and thought it was brilliant.
Lucybird Posted August 21, 2010 Posted August 21, 2010 Toy Story 3. Was really good. Can understand why it made people cry.
chesilbeach Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 13 Going On 30 (Thanks to last nights foray into chat )
chesilbeach Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 I seem to be on a roll with watching films lately (must be because I've run out of Gilmore Girls DVDs ). Last night I watched Adventureland which was okay, but nothing outstanding and don't think I'd bother watching it again. Today I went to see Toy Story 3 (not in 3D) at the cinema with a friend, and thought it was excellent, although not as good as Toy Story 2 which is probably one of the greatest films ever in my opinion.
Maureen Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 SALT - Angelina Jolie. A whole army rolled up into one woman
nicx27 Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 I saw Salt on Saturday. I enjoyed it but no woman could live through all that she did! Clever idea though.
Talisman Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 The Last Airbender - good story but the accents got on my nerves ! Looking forward to seeing The Girl who Played with Fire next week - it's out on Friday but will have to wait until next Wednesday to see it, as I only get one day off a week.
chesilbeach Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Watched Toy Story 2 again last night. I think the scene where they cross the road under the traffic cones is possibly my favourite scene in movie history.
