ned
Stupid bloody linesman The linesman cost Swansea the game? I honestly don't know how United won tonight
Johnny Carson Whit
The linesman cost Swansea the game? I honestly don't know how United won tonight Yea The Swans were winning 1-0 and Plymouth get a penalty (fair enough), the keeper saves it and the linseman says take it again, it's saved again and they score off the rebound
Ben
United battled through well tonight. A bit of luck never does any harm. Early goal at Old Trafford in the second leg and the tie is done and dusted.

Johnny Carson Whit
I can never really concentrate on neutral football games, I did have the Man U game on but wasnt paying much attention, but Man U are always lucky arent they? One more post and I can request access to the grown ups board
Johnny Carson Whit
These things even themselves out over the season Johnny Similar happened last Saturday with Newcastle though, they scored toward the end and stole a point they dindt deserve. We lack a striker who can finish teams off, if we had one we would have had 6 points in the last few days rather than 2.
Inver
What a night for Raith Rovers and we were there to see it. Well done the lads....great defending....and first to every header. Scored in the 58th minute and managed to hold on. What a night we were well chuffed and I am proud to say I am from Kirkcaldy Their poor captain couldn't play tonight either as he was involved in a car crash on Monday. Also his replacement was hurt in the warm up and didn't play either. The Hero of the night Tade

Johnny Carson Whit
Arsenal vs Porto on TV tonight, normally these games wouldnt grab me that much, but Swansea Manager Paulo Sousa is one of the pundits

Inver
Thanks Ben......Aberdeen are getting a right ribbing in the local papers for their disgraceful game the other night!
Sedge
Well done Raith! More good news for St Austell - a 3-1 away win at Penryn! We're through to the semis! We've got another quarter final against Penryn on Saturday, so this bodes well!
Rawr
I had to feel sorry for Arsenal's goalkeeper Fabianski last night, he had a terrible game but it was pretty funny seeing such amateur mistakes! I still think Wenger is too stubborn, he has a great philosophy, but what has that done for him over the last few years?

Rawr
I laughed at how many times they replayed him punching the ball into his own net, it was like a nightmare circus for him, plus there was a big screen in the stadium where he could see his own body doing it repeatedly That free kick was priceless, I don't understand why the keeper even gave the ball to the ref straightaway. Rawr
At least it wasn't as bad as that Carson kicking thin air when England didn't qualify for Euro 08 Oh no it was Robinson I think. Edited February 18, 2010 by Rawr

ned
Very true, he'd have got a boot kicked at his head The Liverpool fans are all pumped up today, one of my friends has his facebook status as "The Europa Cup isn't a Mickey Mouse cup, i'd be happy if Liverpool won it"
Rawr
I suppose we have to feel a little sympathy Liverpool's striking options after El Nino are pretty poor. People complain that we have Michael Owen on the bench after the first choice, but it doesn't look bad compared to other premier teams, i think Owen would get in any other premier league team's starting line up (apart from Chelsea's) when he is on a run of playing, i'm surprised Benitez didn't go for him.
