A mug of soup with a few croutons, a yogurt and fruit. that's my new, healthy, supper routine. I've slipped into it surprisingly easily, seeing how much I enjoy plentiful food :D

 

All your menus sound yummy though!

I've been in the mood for tabouli salad lately, so I'll be starting the preparations for that later :D. For some reason cold weather makes me want Lebanese food. I think I have some ground turkey too so I may make some kibbi if I feel up to it, even though my poor grandpa is probably turning in his grave at the mere mention of not using lamb! :roll:

I haven't decided yet... I don't make my soup myself so I have several packs waiting, which I can choose from: 'vegetables from the garden', 'leeks and potatoes' or 'green vegetables'.

I had a chicken and bacon sandwich just a while ago, and I'm going out tonight so probably nothing, but there's duck spring rolls there if I want them.

Left over tomato soup tonight but I'm adding some orzo pasta to perk it up a bit ;)

 

We just had orzo pasta the other night! Saffron shrimp orzo.. Yummers!

 

Tonight it's pecan-crusted trout.. New recipe - cross your fingers! :)

I had delicious roast beef, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, carrots and broccoli, all in a delicious onion gravy.
