I'm on page 63 of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - the first three chapters were so-so, definitely not attention grabbing. Chapter 4 seems more promising.

I'm on the last 80 pages of Breath of Snow and Ashes. I'll finish it off this afternoon. Just in time too as I think the 7th book in the series An Echo in the Bone has just hit the shelves. :D

It took me a long time to find it grabbing, but you do get into it... Eventually.

 

In the middle of "Dearly Devoted Dexter." and just bought two Inspector Morse books form a charity shop "The Silent World of Nicholas Quinn."and "The Remorsefull Day."

 

HOw are you finding Dearly devoted Dexter? Good I hope :D.

I've just finished From Dead to Worse (I didn't enjoy it that much after all :friends0:) and have moved on to Dead and Gone. So far the 9th Sookie book is really gripping :D

Well, having given up on The Host Im about to embark on reading The Widows of Eastwick which is the sequel to The Witches of Eastwick (see my review) I need a bit of light reading :friends0:

Finished 'Juliet Naked' by Nick Hornby and I have to say it's a case of 'Mysterioso Disappointed':irked:

Luckily I have a copy of the new John Irving 'Last Night In Twisted River' to crack on with- hurrah:D

I'm about 2 thirds of the way through Let The Right One In and am finding it really good now. Its turning out to be quite more of a horror than I expected along side being a tale of friendship :friends0:

I have about 80 pages left of The Struggle so will finish it by tonight I'm sure. Will have to ponder on what to start next...

I plan to continue reading Julie and Julia and then I may meander over to Ireland and read Rebels In Ireland OR I might go to England and read about that Other Boylen Girl! Praise God I dont need a passport to read!!!:friends0:

I finished reading Blind Eye by Stuart MacBride today and I'm now away to start his new book Half-head. I hope to finish this before his book signing on Tuesday night, which I am really looking forward to :friends0:

Yesterday I bought The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown. It was on sale so I couldn't resist. :friends0:

 

I'm about to start Verbal Judo: The Gentle Art of Persuasion by George J. Thompson, PHD. Its a book I have to read for school. Its supposed to help police officers communicate better. It sounds good, for a school book :D

Yesterday I started reading The Hobbit.

I was really looking forward to it, so far I've only read the first chapter but something tells me that this is going to be one hell of a read.

Just finished I Victoria - Cynthia Harrod-Eagles. Never read any of her books before and it has been sitting on one of my book shelves for ages. Found it historically interesting as I knew very little about Queen Victoria,but will probably not read this author again.

Starting on Shatter - Michael Robotham. The blurb says it is a terrifying psychological thriller and is going to delve into the darkess recesses of my mind.:friends0:
