Last night had a spinach salad with chicken and croutons I made yesterday, and tonight not sure. Hope you enjoy your soup! And if you use it as a sauce instead, I highly recommend adding chunkily chopped mushrooms, courgette and extra onion and peppers aftr you've whizzed it.
