I'm going to make something similar to last night, as I have to use the sauce within three days and being one person one jar does me all three days. But it was delicious so I'm looking forward to it!

~Andrea~ Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 Last night we had roast pork chops in vegetable (tomato, red pepper, onion, chilli) sauce with jacket pototo - a Gordon Ramsay recipe. It was lush. Tonight is 'no dinner' night because I go to choir straight from work. So it'll be a hot cross bun at 6 o clock and egg on toast when I get home at quarter to ten
