Tonight we're having Salmon wrapped in spinache, with a white sauce, then wrapped in puff pastry & cooked, served with rustic oven cooked winter veg (carrots, sweet potato, butternut squash) & baby peas. That sounds absolutely delicious! I'm almost ashamed to post what I've had for lunch. Oven fries, sausages, beans and served with bread. Un-healthy but rather nice.
