madcow Posted October 4, 2008 Posted October 4, 2008 Is no one going to invite me to dinner? hehe I would have but it's all gone now
bookwormmum Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Ended up doing the Pork, sweet potato & apple Casserole, that was suppose to be for yesterday, today. Very yummy it was too. We had butterscotch Angel Delight with Dream Topping & sprinkles for pudding. Another guilty pleasure.
Charm Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 We had Roast Chicken, stuffing, roast potatoes etc. followed by pavlova with grapes and pineapple which my daughter made (she's only 12 but makes a mean pavlova )
Icecream Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Was a Pork casserole, but the meat hasn't defrosted yet, so I'm leaving it for tomorrow. That's usually my trick, forgetting to take the meat out. We had beef casserole today, complete with crusty bread, a really nice casserole instead of the simple one I usually make. It just took me ages to wash up. I made double so there is plenty left for tomorrow.
Kylie Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 Leftover potato bake and nibblies from when my parents were over yesterday.
Charm Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 Leftover roast chicken with chips, peas and gravy today.
Inver Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 Have a beef stew in the oven, probably with mashed tatties. Was a cold day here today so thought it would be a nice meal for tea.
~Andrea~ Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 A burger in ciabatta rolls with corn on the cob and salad followed by an experimental dessert.
SaraPepparkaka Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 I made lasagna. And there was enough left so I can have it as lunch tomorrow at work.
KW Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 A plethora of leftovers: stew. stew. and chicken, potatos, gravy and rolls.

Jo-Bridge Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 Had halloumi and salad pittas. Yummy but am stuffed now!
SaraPepparkaka Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 Well, as for dinner tonight, I have absolutely no idea what it will be. Any suggestions are welcome. (In other words, refrigerator empty, I have to go shopping!)
