I am going to be reading the Lost Book of salem soon, so look forward to reading your review. Going to twatch the XtraFactor. I still can't believe I am liking the show as much as I am. I am then going to get some reading done.

Yeah it but they have shows from Different channels. They have C4's Gordon Ramey's Hell's Kitchen UK if I am right and some other shows that I can't think of off the top of my head.

My OH always complains about BBC America. He is always saying how Robin Hood is on at random times and how he seems to Miss episodes. So now I just record them or by the DVDs for him. I have actually just bought him the first series of Primevil for Christmas.

Yes I would suggest that. My OH is Dyslexic and struggle with books. He has read Mice and Men. He always tells me he finds it easier to read books when he has watched the adaptations first. He has finished reading some of The True Blood (Sookie Stackhouse series) Becuase he watched the show and they are easy short reads. Also he found The Da Vinci code fairly easy to read. He started it a couple weeks and finished it last night. He is reading the first Dexter book and says that he is finding the wording ok for him. He really is not a book fiend at all and it has only been the last few months were his love for books has arisen. I hope this helps. CW

Tell me about it. I am struggling to see my alarm clock in the mornings due to my pile of library books beside my bed I just got Club Dead and Dead to the world from my Library last week so will be read fairly soon. Thats if my Mojo decides to make a presence anytime soon.

My book activity??... Not alot! I have managed to read the mighty sum of... 60 pages or so over the last few days, even though I had a lot of time yesterday and last night. But I am just still so tired the last few weeks I have felt like I have been through Ten Rounds with Tyson! So I have given myself an aim: To finish Dexter in the Dark by the weekend. If I don't I am going to give up and reserve it another time. I just hope that my new lease of life is the start of the end of the dreaded 'Bug Month'. (As my friends and family have named my month of illness) Once I have finished Dexter in the dark I am going to read The Hundredth Man by Jack Kerley. This was recommended by Mac, and I am really looking forward to starting this series as it sounds right up my street!

I am hazarding a guess here but maybe it could be the whole 'Hoodie' culture. Like Bling and Street dance, Rap and 50 cent. I know that sounds very stereotypical. But it could be? I know 50 cent and some rappers have some books out. Maybe the best thing is to ask the person who you are buying it for, for some recommendations and some specific titles that they want. Tess Gerritsen is one one of my favourite authors, I have not yet read the Bone garden but I have it on my TBR pile. Have you read any other of her books? If not I would start with the obvious and read The surgeon, one of my favouirte books.

Hey!!! Unfortunately it is a library book and is due back on Monday, so at least I know I do not have much longer with it either way I normally love the series so much, but this one is a dissappointment. (sp)

I am finding Dexter in the Dark, kind of boring and it does seem to be affecting my Mojo. After being really busy and having no time to read I had the morning off to catch up on some reading and relax as yet again I have come down with yet another bug. I thought that once I started block reading Dexter I would get into the flow but I just cant, my mind keeps floating away with the faries and I keep loosing place in the book. I keep thinking off all the awesome books that I could be reading. But with being over 100 pages in I really don' want to give up! CW

I love Strictly Come dancing and Dancing with the Stars. I do also watch I'm a celebrity get me out of here as my children love watching the 'food Eating' challenges and all the creepy Crawleys! I also watch Hells Kitchen US as my OH loves it. I generally don't have the TV on much, my kids normally hide the TV controls :motz:so it normally stays on Cartoon Network Or Discovery channel!

Dexter in the Dark is going Ok at the moment and I am plodding along with it. I am going to read for an hour this morning and hopefully I will get fully into it. If you read my reading Log I wrote a review about Living in Dallas, I don't know whether my review was bias due to my mojo?
