    Oh dear! Not sure if this is good or bad either - I adore Muse, always have done but I'm also a Twilight fan. I guess in a way it's good because it's getting their music out to a wider audience but bad because said audience has an average age of 11. Will be interesting to see if this happens and what song they use if it does

    Unfortunately, if the powers that be think sex will get more people to watch Dorian Gray then that's what they're going to add. I first read DG 22 years ago and it's remained a favourite - if they've butchered it beyond all recognition I shall be walking out & asking for a refund.

    Snap my older sister's children have always received books as presents from me and now both my younger sister & best friend are pregnant I'm already working on little person libraries for them!

    Born reader - I was slightly precocious in that I learnt to read before I turned 3 and in reading assessments at school my reading age was always years beyond my actual age. My whole family are readers though so probaby not surprising that my sisters and I are too

    It doesn't matter what background noise there is, I still get completely caught up in whatever book I'm reading! My mum often says that a bomb could go off and I wouldn't realise if I had my head in a book

    I'm glad to know it's not just me who hates this! I really dislike going out to a restaurant only to be surrounded by people at other tables who do this or talk with food in their mouths

    I read the Landover books years ago - they were good, not too serious but enough for me to want to reread them every now and then. I started reading the Shannara books but I've lost track of where I got to as I've lost my book journals that cover anything before 2005

    I love The Mists Of Avalon, it's one I reread regularly. The other books are great too but I don't know about the last one published this year, The Sword Of Avalon I'm a huge Arthurian fan so a definite thumbs up!

    Granted but you're allergic to him! I wish that I could unearth an important archaeological find in Egypt that everyone else has missed

    The Library Of Shadows is great, loved it when I read it back in June but worried about how the film version will turn out. Hopefully more of Birkegaard's work will be translated if/when he writes anything else. Just bought Mr Darcy, Vampyre too but not started it yet - must bump it up the pile
