There's a meteor shower btw, I forgot to say. Peaked around 3pm today, but was visable last night and should be tonight, if any one has clear skies.

Wesley grows on you. I really like him, he's a total doofus, but sometimes he gets it right and on those rare occasions he's a pretty cool dude. The Faith episodes are great, I now love Faith again and dislike Buffy. Again with the growing, and they're the best characters I think, the ones that need to make an effort to get into your heart. It shows real depth and development.

Evil = hot. That's where ole Stephie went wrong. Well, I wouldn't go THAT far. The initial concept in episode one hooked me enough that I'm going to read the books, the 'blood substitue' thing for vamps, but I hated the characters. Particularly Sookie. Man if I met that girl irl I'd want to punch her. Angel still wins. He's got 8 seasons of real time story backed up by 243 years of history, he's not only tall, dark, handsome and broody like Edward (but he looks great with long hair), occasionally he's evil which I hear Eric is (and Angel is the kind of evil that nails puppies to crosses), he's also EXTREMELY diverse, he's hilarious, he sings (twice), he wears pink motorcyle helmets, he averts the apocalypse regularly, he actively tries to look cool while kicking ass, but he's still a total softy, and he goes poof sometimes when you turn around for a split second, while other times he trips over thresholds and falls through doorways. He's also spent several hundred years in a hell dimension, been stabbed, impaled, shot, tortured, burned, sometimes all in one episode and still he prevails! Oh, and he's IRISH! Everybody loves an Irish boy. Clearly, Angel is our winrar.

Good for you Nici, glad to see not all his female followers are wooed by any newcomer!

Oh I agree, and to be fair, I thought Chuck Bass was as annoying and icky as most of the characters thought, so he's not a bad actor. But would have preferred Michael Fassbender. Although I agree about the gypsy/tall thing.

I hate giving up on a book, no matter how much I dislike it, but getting distracted happens way more that I'd like. I've started several good books and just sorta trailed away from them, which is really bad, because I either have to go back to where I was and continue, and hope I rememnber everything, or endure the tediousness of rereading everything again, and then adding the ending on, so I know one half inside out and the other just at the level of one read. It's so annoying.
