    I finished reading Gone For Good - Harlan Coben this morning, very good book! Now I`ve started The Kite Runner - Khaled Hosseini, only read a few pages so far, but I`m enjoying it.

    I`m ok thanks Nici :friends0: it still feels a bit unreal really!

    We can`t make any arrangements or anything either til they do the post mortem, so it`s harder to get on somehow - if that makes sense :blush:

    Still, Dad had a good life - he was 84, but the strange thing is, he was looking healthier than he had done for years! Funny how things work out. :)

    Hi Charm, I decided I need to make more of an effort so here I am! ;)The mojo is iffy at the mo, my Dad died suddenly on monday morning - I`m ok but having trouble settling to much. Funnily enough Sunday night I started to read Gone For Good - Harlan Coben! I really enjoyed the two Stuart MacBrides I read, when I get back to normal (whatever that is!) I will be reading more of him definately, I owe you for introducing me to him. I hope your still going strong on the reading front?

    I seem to stop coming in here but from September to December I have also enjoyed.............. Mudbound - Hillary Jordan 9/10 Dying Light - Stuart MacBride 8/10 Cold Granite - Stuart MacBride 8/10 A Christmas Carol - Charles Dickens. 9/10 There were other books that I started but gave up on, maybe I`ll return to them another time.

    No problem I`ve read good things about The Kite Runner and The First Casualty looks good My problem is my mojo seems to be going AWOL on a regular basis just lately so I need the book to grab my attention straight away!
