  1. I bought two books for myself, The Five People you meet in Heaven ~ Mitch Albom and Breakneck ~ Erica Spindler. Then I chose three books for my young grand-daughter (she`s 30 months) and she loves books, infact she refuses to take a teddy to bed she chooses 4 books to take instead!
  2. Jonathan Ross is the only viewing I`ve got planned tonight, it should be a good one.
  3. Thanks Shin I`m definately going to buy, The Five People You Meet in Heaven tomorrow, thanks for that review.
  4. I really want to read this book but after reading Shins comment and having recently lost my Dad was wondering whether I should, just yet, then I read your comment Inver and now I`m thinking maybe I should read it now anyway.
  5. I hadn`t seen this before, but glad it`s been resurrected now. I`ve got First Casualty on my TBR pile, I think I`ll move it upto the top after reading the review and comments here.
  6. I think I`m going to have to pick up The Five People You Meet in Heaven after reading that review, it sounds so good I hope you feel rested and well after your trip Mac.
  7. I`m sure the sugar content will help preserve them anyway.
  8. I thought they`d stopped making them, haven`t seen them for ages. I`m enjoying minty aero.
  9. I`d agree with you about To Kill A Mockingbird, it`s a brilliant book, I haven`t read Flowers For Algernon, though maybe I should check it out.
  10. Peacehaven is also close to where I live, also irrelevant but it`s a small world eh?
  11. Home made vegetable soup with home made bread ( the bread machine did all the work though!) both were very delicious, must make the effort to do them more often.
  12. What a beautiful, very special baby, it`s nice to read a story with a happy ending.
  13. Can`t beat lemon and sugar on pancakes I think I just finished eating mine.
  14. I rarely watch Holby but I`m watching tonight for the same reason as you.
