  1. Alice in Wonderland - a bit disappointing
  2. I hope it's a good thing, this is one of my favourite reads from last year! I've almost finished The Vampire's Revenge, will probably finish it tonight
  3. Finished The Vampire's Betrayal and am now on to The Vampire's Revenge
  4. Ooh Echo, I'm liking your new one, very Pon & Zi ish! I also think Kate's is beautiful
  5. Can't wait to hear what you think of this one! (I hope you're not put off by sexual content ) I haven't read one page in a couple of days now, but it has nothing to do with the book (which I'm really enjoying) and more to do with the fact that I got a new phone and can't put it down I really do intend to correct this soon!
  6. Yay! Glad you're liking it Shin This is one of those series that just keeps getting better
  7. Aww that sucks hun, hope it comes back quick smart! I'm almost finished The Vampire's Betrayal and will probably go straight on to the next in the series afterward.
  8. Oooh nice to know the series is carrying on! :D No'one is Zhex's mother. She's was allowed to work with the chosen as a servant so to speak, after she killed herself with Tohr's dagger during childbirth. She also used to chat with Payne and came back to attend Zhex's mating ceremony with John. She was originally rescued by Darius and Tohr, you probably remember her now ;)

Shame about the Larissa Ione books :(, maybe you could request them?

  9. Finished Passion Unleashed and have now moved on to The Vampire's Betrayal by Raven Hart.
  10. I think Inver's new one is great!
  11. My name is Jack McShane, and I am a vampire in a world of hurt. The Vampire's Betrayal ~ Raven Hart
  12. Good idea to reserve it, I've just finished the second book and really enjoyed it :D I know what you mean about the BDB, it can be really funny too, I loved the bit where Bella went into her needing, so funny, it made me laugh out loud! They can be a bit corny too in places but I don't care, I think they're great and they're keeping my mojo happy, it's all it seems to crave atm

Manny and Payne eh? Never even occurred to me, but now that I think about it, I think you may be right ;)

Oh btw, check out The Savannah Vampire Chronicles by Raven Hart, I think you might like them if you haven't already read them. I would describe them as a cross between Sookie Stackhouse and Anne Rice chronicles ;)

  13. Longest ever season 3 trailer! Enjoy! (I know I did ) Click here
  14. I take it by the speed at which you're reading these that they're good? I have them on my wishlist so I certainly hope so! I started Desire Unchained by Larissa Ione last night and finished it this evening so going to go straight on to the next in the series, Passion Unleashed.
  15. Ooooh! I'm not a great fan of James Bond myself, but if Mr Deaver is writing one I may just have to take a wee look at it Thanks Ceinwenn
  16. Happy Birthday Catwoman!! :balloons: Hope you have a fantastic day with lots of lovely pressies :D

  17. Hi pickle! :D Just thought I'd pop in and let you know about Larissa Ione books. The one I'm reading is the second of a series and I'm really enjoying it. I know you like the BDB series by J R Ward and I have to say these books are pretty similar only they're about demons instead of vampires. Same sort of thing, each book is about a different brother, they're fighting a cause and they find a mate. Not exactly rocket science stuff but very entertaining non the less ;) Not just as good as the BDB books either but still, I think you'd like them :D

  18. Thanks for posting this chesil! Unfortunately, it looks like he won't be coming to N.Ireland ... nobody ever does
  19. Definitely! I even warmed to Xhex and John Matthew in it, I didn't really like either of them before Really hope the series is continued, would love to find out more about Payne and Mhurder I decided to go with Desire Unchained by Larissa Ione, very similar to the J R Ward series. Guess that's what my mojo wants, Lover Mine was almost 700 pages and I polished it off in a couple of days! Must keep the old mojo happy eh?
  20. Finished Lover Mine last night, absolutely loved it. Not sure what to read next, so much to choose from!
  21. I've almost finished Lover Mine by J R Ward, really enjoying it.
  22. Great review of Fallen Lexie! I read it a while ago too and found the same, a bit slow up until half way through with everything more or less crammed in towards the end. I will probably read the new one though to see if it's just the 'first of a series' curse thing Kookie has Hush Hush on her shelf too so I may give it a wee read!
  23. Happy Birthday Janet! :balloons: Hope you have a fantastic day

  24. I've read about 200 pages of Lover Mine today, so I'm afraid The End of Mr Y is on hold
  25. Looking forward to reading your reviews on the Anita Blake books chesil, I hope you're still enjoying the series!
