^Did you look in the back of the book? Sometimes when I can't find a place to put my bookmark, I stick it between the last page and backcover of the book. Then when I'm finished reading, I take it out and put it in the proper page.
I try to arrange mine by size and binding. Hardcovers, which are usually the same size, go together, then beside that are the larger style paperbacks, and then the smaller ones.
I do like the idea of arranging by colour though - I think that would look quite good. I may do that when I get all my books together.
Oh yuck!!
I'm another salt-craver. There isn't really much of anything else that I crave regularly. Actually, I only tend to crave the things that we don't have in the house. If we don't have any chocolate, then all of a sudden I need it. Same with crisps. But if we have them, then I can go forever (well, quite a while!) without eating them.
I lean more towards sacrilege. I wouldn't write in one of my books, and I wouldn't buy a second-hand book that had any writing in it. I think if someone wants to make notes, then they should use a separate piece of paper, or a post-it!
Out is a fantastic read - one of my favourites, and one I'm always raving about. I'd say, definitely keep that one on your list.
Of the others, the only ones I have read are Of Mice and Men, and Next. I'd say, keep them both.
It is a great read, isn't it Liz? I was completely hooked on it, when I read it a few years ago. I just loved everything about it - the story, the writing style. A very compelling read.
I loved Interview with the Vampire, though it has been years since I read it. I couldn't make it through the sequels, though one of these days, I'll give them another go.
"Wulfric? This is new!"
"I know. I mean, I've known him since we were small, when he used to pull my hair and run away."
- World Without End by Ken Follett.
I'll have to add this to my TBR pile. I saw the movie a few years ago, while stuck on a plane, and really enjoyed it. I didn't know there was a book out, so now I'll have to keep an eye out for it.
