I agree. The "I didn't have time to shave this morning because you kept me busy in bed doing naughty things" -stubble is very sexy! The "I hit you in head with club and drag you to my cave by you hair" overgrown stubble*, however, is not.

* which BF seems to prefer, at least whenever I get to see him.

I climbed in 1991 and it was the best experience of my life. Far easier than I had expected. Not to say it was easy, far from it, but the climb was more or less problem free. The irony was that three weeks later I slipped on some small wet rocks near my farm back in England and broke my ankle

I play guitar, keyboards and have started to learn to play the tenor sax but all I can play on it at the moment is a really naff version of Blue moon

I play alto sax but I do have a friend who plays Tenor and I love the sound of it. I'd also love to be able to play the guitar.

I haven't really done much that exciting yet but I attend the local music center regularly, did work experience there (now thinking about becoming a music teacher!) and in march i'm taking part in the regional round of a national music festival.

What sort of bands did you play in?

Our bass player was a music teacher. Enjoyed every minute of it Cadenza.

I started out playing night club venues in a trio. Kind of boring music but it paid the bills. Then I played in a rock band for a few years, and then formed a blues band. Nothing big time but we always had work and it was better than 9-5 work for me. I saved a little then bought a farm. Now I'm thinking of getting back into music, but just for fun this time.
