Echo
Thanks, Rawr! It's actually Mount Rainier, which is an amazing mountain, and you can see it from practically anywhere in the Puget Sound area..it's very huge.
Rawr
Oh i have researched Mount Ranier a little before, i thought it looked very majestic, you are very lucky to live near such beauty
Nollaig
Tom that picture is one of the best I've seen by you, it's fabulous.
Rawr
Thanks I like the way the colour brings out a certain atmosphere within it, at the time i took it, i was looking for potential shelter to get out of the rather abrupt rainstorm which ensued and then i just thought maybe that crumbling farmhouse will make a good pic! I didn't think much of it at the time, but sometimes you find something unexpected, which is always the highlight of doing art i feel

Rawr
I took a picture of some ducks in the summer on a wander down the canal in the early morning. I had to bribe them with pieces of crackers before they got into a relatively interesting arrangement I just worked on the colours and shading a little to try and make it a bit more lively. paperplane
I found a 25 year old manual SLR in a second hand shop the other day, I took a few photos to see if it still worked properly so here's a few I got developed today. I'm quite happy with them!
Rawr
They are great pics, really good quality I love the one with the sunlight filtering through
Chrissy
Paperplane, they are great! We've got some bl**dy good photographers on this forum.
AbielleRose
The first one is of my dog Kenzie. I've always loved this particular picture because it is one of the handfull that have turned out of her. Photographing a black dog is hard! The second is a beautiful sunset taken from my deck in the old apartment building I lived in last year. I use it as my desktop background a lot because I love the definition of the leaves and how the colors of the sunset seem to be swirling. Chrissy
Those are both fabulous shots CaliLili. Kenzie's expression is that calm with a hint of melancholy that dog's do so well, and the second shot is pretty wow too!

Ausonius
These are Nepalese musicians celebrating the birthday (July 7) this year outside the palace of King Gyanendra. One of the happiest "sounding" pictures ever!
Echo
Here are some of my latest. I took some of them a long time ago, but didn't get around to editing them until the last month or so.
