I've started getting into bringing Tuna Light Lunches (the John West meals) into work. They're quite decent, and filling. Probably healthier than white bread (which is what I usually have).

You've inspired me! I'm going to have some tomato soup and French bread that I picked up yesterday. Mmmm....

Didn't know you were in my neck of the woods - I live 2 miles from Fleetwood.

Tuna and cucumber sandwich with fresh strawberries for after.

I'm not but the fish man from there visits our local markets - his fish is really good.

Nici, if you felt guilty I would have swapped my sandwich and yoghurt;) I was out at a rehearsal at lunch, and all afternoon. I ended up getting a chocolate bar at Tesco. I think I need some more filling (but healthy) lunches until the baby comes.

We're having chicken curry in a coconut sauce & a potato & pea curry with rice & naan bread. Then at 6pm we are going to sit down and watch my team Bristol Rovers play West Brom in the FA cup. I don't go these days to watch them, so this is a real treat.
