I wish I could show y'all my spectacularly OCD bookcase but alas, my camera got left on a cab seat 'round about this time last year so I can't piccify anything... *sigh*!

This is my little bookcase of favourites .. it's terribly neat and orderly I know (it was very nearly worse .. I colour co-ordinated all the books at one point .. it looked terrible) but we are trying to sell our house so absolute clutter is out for the time being.

I have some bookends that my dad bought me years ago when I was much younger. They are of a grandmother/ mother bear and grandfather/ father bear reading books to a grand/daughter and grand/son bear backed by books called teddy tales.

 

I haven't been using them lately as I have re-organised everything and they just sit by my bed, but I used to place my books I was reading at the time in them.

Gosh... Mine's pitiful looking compared to all of these! The only remotely interesting thing about my one is all my little Buddhas I have on display.

I was digging 'bout and found some nice book-ends from when I was very young. I re-shuffled my window space and made a mini-display which looks really good! I'll post a picture tomorrow of the before and afters of my new tidied up spaces.
