What's the weather like?

Lovely and sunny here and 24 degrees at the mo in the garden, breezy though so cooler indoors!

It's been mixed today here on Guernsey. It started off a bit dull and overcast but my mid afternoon we had sunshine and lovely blue skies, just perfect for walking in.

Lovely earlier, if still pretty windy, but overcast and cold enough to have the heating on now.

The weekend was lovely, but today is cold and grey and windy.

Same here, the sun has broken through occasionally but generally it's been pretty grey, and very windy.

Warm and unstable in my neck of the woods!  Saturday it was in the 90's here and yesterday morning we woke to a tornado siren and had to spend about an hour in the basement until the storm passed.  Because of it we lost electricity, which came and went the entire day.  Today, however, so far so good, and it's cooled off quite a bit.

Meant to get really hot over the next couple of days - odd as yesterday the wind was so cold I was wearing a fleece!  And today probably won't even need a jacket.

The weather is looking quite nice here, a largely blue sky with a few clouds and the temperature is pleasant at the moment .

Meant to be really hot today, was nice this morning although still a little bit breezy in the shade.

Tornado sirens are somewhat common here during the summer months, but they are always disconcerting!  Whenever we have a run of especially hot and humid weather, you can put money on the fact that it will end with severe storms.  Methinks I've lived here too long... 

 

Today is just plain old hot.  But the sun is out and I have AC so no complaints!

Same here too, although it did cool down at night time.

It's warm here, currently I think around 28 °C according to weather websites (whether it's correct or not I don't know). It's a bit too warm for me to spend a longer time outside, but gladly inside in the bakery it's "only" 26.5 °C (which makes me think it's perhaps hotter than 28 °C outside, if the thermometer by my desk is correct about the 26.5). It's been a sunny day, though we had some clouds sometimes too.

Getting a bit warmer over here, and it's supposed to be even warmer tomorrow. Before it goes cold again....

Lovely sunset tonight and around 24c in the afternoon. My poor cat has decided it's too warm to come upstairs to bed with  Mum, ie, me, and is snoozing in the sitting room. I do expect her to come up at 4 or 5 am and complain that's she's lonesome  though.

Already too hot to go out for long.

It's been very hot here too, but I was determined to make the most of it, so it was a cool cotton shirt to keep covered but not too hot, and went out in the sun for the day.

It's too chuffing hot. 

 

I went for a walk around town this afternoon and out of the shade it was very unpleasant. 

 

I'm not really one for the heat though!
