  1. Since seeing the Dietitian, which largely was a waste of time...or maybe it wasnt I have cut down to barely eating at all, yesterday I had one meal. So slimfast sounds perfect, I didnt even think of it till i started reading this thread I could easily do without the snacks, one thing I've started to realise for me is that eating has become a habit that I do whether I'm hungry or not. Genuinely pleased I saw Noll's post now
  2. I have wised up to the realisation over the last week that I need to lose 4 stone/56lbs to be at a healthy weight After reading this - I am going to fill my cupboard with slimfast tomorrow !
  3. I heard he did that I didnt see it though. Was a nice touch. I think it would have been Swansea in Blackpool's position today if we hadnt loaned them Dobbie and kept him here. Who loans a top striker out to their promotion rivals? I want Paulo Sousa out over the summer.
  4. I've always liked you It's like my own team are playing today, I want Cardiff to lose so much!
  5. ] it'll be worth the wait
  6. One for the Leicester fans Come on Blackpool! Dobbie hatrick please!
  7. Infamous assasinations, waiting for big bang theory at 9
  8. News on the finale http://www.skypressoffice.co.uk/SkyOne/news/showarticle.asp?id=2970&month=5&year=2010 About time they started to do this kind of thing
  9. Isnt all french food like that? dont call a frenchman garlic breath for nothing
  10. Thanks Chrissy i'll have to have a look through it. I found some exercises here http://uk.askmen.com/top_10/fitness/36b_fitness_list.html I worked through these this morning and can still feel it
  11. Drinking a cup of PG Tips Decaf tea as I type, I prefer Coffee, or Cappucino is my first choice, but trying to limit my caffeine intake and Decaff Coffee is the work of the devil every one i've tasted is bitter tasting. So for a warm drink it's Decaff tea for me at the moment, quite nice even though it doesnt give you a kick drunk with skimmed milk and sweetner I hardly ever add pure sugar cos it gives me an upset stomach. Cant beat a builders tea full of sugar with a nice big fry up in a greasy spoon Cafe now and again though
  12. Got my physio/swiss ball today. Anyone know of any good online tutorials you can follow? Seeing Dietitian tomorrow with my food diary
  13. I bet shes never seen The Neverending story either, that and The Goonies are two films that I will always remember watching as a kid.
  14. Looks like one of our most loyal and better players over the last 10 years is moving on to the land of premier league hammerings, cant blame him wanting a big pay day before he retires. Got to laugh at Roberto Martinez though, when he left Swansea for Wigan he publicly said he would not come back to Swansea for players unless they were available on the open market. Since he's been there, 1 season, he's taken 3. I'd be annoyed if I were a Wigan fan, he is just using the club to give his mates who he played with at Swansea a big pay day. Good luck Leon. though I think if you had stayed here another 2 seasons you could have been the only player to have played for Swansea in every single tier of english football.
  15. You've never seen The Goonies? My god its one of the greatest films of its kind ever. What exactly have you seen?
  16. Not long since learnt that a young Swansea player, Besian Idrizaj, 22 years old has died at his parents home in Austria of a heart attack. Shocking news. RIP.
  17. I stopped taking notice of new bands about 10 years ago really, its bands formed from the 60s- mid 80's for me, which saw the birth of the best bands you will ever see imo from The Beatles to Black Sabbath to Pink Floyd to Guns n Roses and countless others. the modern day music industry is ridiculous, although I suppose every 30 year old for the last 50 years has said that! Sorry kinda hijacked half a century there didnt I
  18. Wash your mouths out, the pair of you Cardiff indeed
  19. Welsh rarebit? Wales havent qualified for a World Cup tournament since 1958, I bet those crisps have gone off
  20. I havent been reading a lot the last few days i've just been picking a book up reading 5-6 pages then doing something else, so i've adopted a new strategy where I will read 50 pages minimum a day from now on. This is a good way of deciding whether I like a new book too, if I am not into it after the first 50 pages it's out. Just over halfway through Cell now, not the best Stephen King book, I miss his overly descriptive way of writing which I used to hate:lol: but determined to finish it.
  21. Wasnt planning on watching it but the film Levity that has just started on ITV2 looks promising.
  22. Leicester definitely made more of a match of it than I ever thought they would. Cardiff are renowned for 'winning' penalties, look back over their season they get one almost every game. They were quite lucky last night too I thought quite a few decisions went there way. I hope Cardiff dont go up there fans are a nightmare down here, will never hear the end of it, and no doubt there would be a a few swansea 'fans' who would go up there to watch the big teams like Man U and Liverpool.
