I love this book so much! I must give it a re-read once I have got through the rest of my TBR pile. I liked his other book, A Spot of Bother too.

I love the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, I have seen them quite a few times live. Fever to Tell is a great album. Although I like this song, I was a bit let down with the rest of the album - it's called It's Blitz I think. Anyone else heard the album?

I agree. I haven't read it for a while, but think that I will re-read it now that I have seen the film. The subject matter is something that I know little or nothing about, so it is nice that he explains it well in the book.

hmmm, I half agree! He didn't want to do it because he didn't want to hurt her. However, it was a tad annoying in BD when Yes, he is very over protective, but seeing as there is usually someone trying to kill her (!) I can probably understand that. Now Jacob, he was very annoying, 99.999999% of the time....!

Looks aside Miss Whitlock - do you not like Edward more as a person (well, vamp, but you know what I mean!) Despite your valid point above, it is still Edward for me!

I found it a real stuggle to read. I am glad that I have read it, but don't think that I will bother to ever read it again!

You have all given me something to think about! I think that there is something to do with father issues somewhere in there. Locke's dad pushed him out of a window and generally treated him badly, Jack keeps seeing Christian although he is dead, Christian is also Claire's dad, Kate killed her step father, Miles didn't know his dad until he got to the Island, Charles Widmore is Daniel's dad (although I don't think that Daniel knew), Ben's father resented him, Sawyer's dad killed his mother and then himself...that's all I can think of at the moment. As an aside, wasn't it nice to see Rose and Bernard, albeit briefly!
