  1. Read this for the first time last month and ended up enjoying it (wasn't too sure to start with!)
  2. I am not remembering much of this, might have to skim through again!

  6. I saw the Sony one in Waterstones today and fell completely in love. I love it and want one.
  7. I love scrapbooking and am a bit addicted at the moment!
  8. Finally finished the Noble today, enjoyed it but it seemed to drag on! I cannot decide what to read next, I have Grapes of Wrath out from the library what do people reckon? I also hit the charity shops today and received some books from BookMooch so I have added quite a few books to my TBR!   10. I cannot believe I am still reading Things I want my Daughters to know- it is taking me ages!
  11. Tee Hee I used to do that as well! Jewell I used to love Enid Blyton as well, keep meaning to try and get hold of some copies to reread!
  12. No I can't, I often think about that with my job but I cannot even remember learning to read at all!
  13. At school I remember reading Roger Red Hat and Billy Blue Hat etc. I remember at school being the first one in my class to finish the reading scheme and by the end of primary school I was on Virginia Andrews and Stephen King. I am a primary school teacher now so try and give the kids I teach these wonderful childhood memories about books!
  14. It is really good isn't it! I bought The Forgotten Garden a few days ago and hope that is as good. And good luck for the next year by the way!
  15. The only ones I would read out of order are the Sue Grafton Alphabet series, all other series have to be in order.
  16. Snap. If I could keep them all I would but I just do not have the space so I try and get rid of a few either on RISI or BookMooch. I tried selling them but in the end it wasn't really worth it!
  17. I am trying the 999 challenge as well. I am also going to do a personal one for reading more books around the world. There is also this blog A Novel Challenge that lists lots of challenges going on.

  20. Thanks, I doo enjoy books about the Tudor period (especially I have taught it to about three different classes now!)
