  1. Do you mean to say my LibraryThing name, I thought I had the LT link set up to go straight to my profile page so I will check that out. And already a member of the group, have been for ages!
  2. Thanks all! I got some actual tomato plants and some herbs but then felt ill at the garden centre so came home. Will try again tomorrow to get some other bits.
  3. I have tried to find you to add you but I cannot find you! I am The_Library_Nook if you, or anyone, wants to add me.
  4. Thanks sara! I am off to the garden centre now so I might get some strawberry plants as well.
  5. It is nice to read your review, I had seen this in the shop and was tempted but I didn't know whether I could cope with the sadness but after your review I think I will have to try it.
  6. lol I think some people thrive on a good discussion!
  7. Oh no Michelle! I don't usually post there much, if I do it is general posts and nothing that usually gets me in trouble.
  8. I want to grow vegetables in pots, we live in a flat and don't have a garden just a small outside space that I am risking putting some pots on. I am off to the garden centre later and wondered whether anyone had some hints and tips for me? So far I have got some cherry tomato seeds and pepper seeds. Thanks for reading!
  9. I have just ordered The Eyre Affair after reading this thread, it has been on my wishlist for ages and some good comments on here helped me decide to order it
  10. I have had my eye on this book for ages so will hunt down a copy and cement its inclusion on my wishlist!
  11. lol I agree, haven't been on for weeks but still think about the posts I am missing and come on as soon as I have a chance:) LibraryThing is the only other site I use and have been visiting there daily as I am waiting for collections so much. Goodreads I never managed to get into. Is it worth a go do you reckon?
  12. I know they are in the middle of implementing collections and tweaking things so that could be why. x
  13. That would be good, that's what I like about these types of novels- the what happens next part.
  14. I overheard a conversation in the staffroom today where someone said they had caught a book so I excitedly told them I was involved in BC. However I deliberately didn't give them my BC name because I wanted to keep that separate from school and people directly in my life. Is anyone else the same or do you proudly tell people your BC name and names on here, LT etc?
  15. Glad to see you are getting together a great list! I find it wonderful all the recommendations and ideas I get on here. The problem is that I have lots of ideas of my own not mentioned here so my Wishlist and TBR pile get huge!
  16. Oh no, I hate when I run out of books! Janet Evanovich are a great choice, I like them because they are a light easy read that always give me a laugh:)
  17. I have never heard of this before but I will certainly look out for it, sounds good! Thanks!
  18. That first scene is great, I think I even had to read it aloud to share with lovely Mr Nook!
  19. I must reread this because looking at your spoiler I thought- I can't remember this!
  20. lol Nici that was great! I don't think I am going to be able to come up with anything!
