are there any sites in particular? If there are what you might want to try is 1. ping them and try to connect via ip address rather than DNS address and 2. try to access them via a free online proxy and see if that makes a difference.

what happens if you try a different album? does the problem persist?

I don't have one anymore, but when I did there was a really fun game called Paper Toss that was free, if I remember correctly. Its really simple and addicting, you just try to fling a balled up piece of paper into a garbage can and a fan is sitting on a desk blowing so you need to fling it so that the fan will blow it into the can. Trust me, lots of fun.
Also Google Earth was a good one to download.
Agreed, paper toss is great.
Also sky remote record is good.
Sky news/Aljazeera news apps are good.
around me
jailbreak it and whack on cydia on it
P.S The Iphone? SOOO last year

possibly stupid question - but do you have an album called non-avatar?
-
if its also causing problems with youtube videos it is probably related to adobe flash. What is the error message you get?

The Silver Bear by Derek Haas - not my usual read, but I really enjoyed it. http://bookclubforum.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=6074
I won this in the competition and can second this, excellent read, not my usual thing either but I enjoyed it very much.
Are you looking for true crime or fiction?
If true crime I read Mafia Enforcer recently and it was enjoyable, a mix of biker crime and mob hit man.

However what I find difficult is when I book is mostly uninteresting, but every now and then has a wee bit that rescues it - difficult to decide to carry on or stop.
yes! I had this problem last week with a book, I made it all the way to page 200 of a fairly tedious book (it was all about nuclear weapons, I thought computers had a lot of acronyms but they are nothing compared to this) just because every 20 or so pages it had some obscure but interesting nugget, it would have been put down by page 20 if not.
In general I will give a book a good try, I always like to give it about 2-3 chapters to get going, otherwise I put it away with a marker in it.

It has been implied these documents contain evidence of war crimes, surely that type of thing should always be exposed rather than hidden for any reason? I think we may read some very horrible things about the war over the next weeks and months because of these documents and whoever passed them to wikileaks.

We spent 5 years at school learning French and 2 learning German and sadly I remember pretty much nothing. The only language I could be described to as fluent in is lol-speak and that's not even a real language

people keep saying that buy I dont really see how? these reports are not going to reveal anything to the enemy they don't already know.

For some reason I found this local news article rather amusing. Instead of using bullets here in South Dakota our police are now loading their guns with bean bags. (Now yes, I know shooting people is not amusing... but just picture a cop chasing a criminal with a bean bag shotgun.)
I think anyone who has seen the Jackass movies will tell you those beanbags look lethal!
Wikileaks, 91000 documents Anyone had a look at these yet? I gave them a quick look yesterday they look very detailed some of them.

I always advise the Adrian Mole books as they are perfect holiday reads at any age- its all broken down daily so its easy to finish a day to put the book down to go do something else rather than stop-starting mid chapter.

Personally I think it will eventually become the norm but im not yet convinced that's a good thing, it still seems very gimmicky for now. As for HDTV being standard that is far from true, the vast majority of people will have HDTV *ready* tv's with no HD input. The only device we have that is HD is the xbox360, no HD tv input though. I think it will be a few more years till HD is the norm.

Looks like noisy woman is at it again

The guy on bbc when I saw it kept going on about how it was born in England but raised in Germany. That octopus got better news coverage that day than the G20.
-
If Germany do win that octopus will end up with its own tv show.

Ladies and Gentlemen I give you EPIC!

If you have to ask, you'll never know ....
ok. Might not be worth knowing anyway, diddnt seem like a very positive omen after all
-
Well, it's 43 years and 335 days - to the day! - since we beat Germany to win the World Cup. If that's not an omen, I don't know what is ...
What is the significance of the 335 days?
Goodness me, I'm getting a full work out at the moment ~ leaping from the sofa, jumping up and down.I have questioned the linesman's eyesight, suggested that the referee actually watch where the ball is, and been incredibly narked when NOT ALL of our players sang our National Anthem. Phew, this is knackering!
Unless you have questioned the parentage of the referee I am reliably informed you have not fully 'enjoyed' the 'atmosphere'

My parents were nearly "ten pound Poms". Just think, I could have been that annoying neighbour you've always hated ...
you don't have to go to Aus to be that guy

its not a great picure, but really at times they look the same!(to me..)

I have read only one from the list - The God Delusion, It was ok, don't think it would place on top 20 though.

The glass fibre and plastic foam sculpture caught fire and burned to the ground in what insurance companies have described as an act of God.
fantastic wording.

Ah DNS the cause of so many problems. What you may want to do is if you connect to the internet via a router that you have access to you can keep one dns server from your isp and another from someone like google or opendns, and that should avoid this kind of thing happening again.
