  3. I have and you're not missing much, they are like little pieces of chewy tasteless rubber. (love your little sparrow avatar )
  4. Oh well there are plenty of expressive emoticons to use when you do. #@*& laptop !!!!
  5. Let us know what you think Muggles. This book is available at my library although out on loan at the moment. I'll try to get it next. They don't have the So Brave, Young and Handsome one.
  6. Lol. I never follow recipes I don't think we have that sweetcorn here, we have one called Honey and Pearl which is lovely and sweet to eat straight off the cob.
  7. I think I tried this recipe of yours one other time but I used beef or venison. It was lovely. I adapted it a bit (cut down on the chilli pepper and didn't have any lima beans or corn.) What is shoepeg????
  8. I took my dad to the mall the other day to buy some new shoes (he is 84). We decided to grab a bite at the food court. I noticed he was watching a teenager sitting next to him. The teenager had spiked hair in all different colors: green, red, orange, and blue. My dad kept staring at him. The teenager would look and find him staring every time. When the teenager had enough, he sarcastically asked, "What's the matter old man, never done anything wild in your life?" Knowing my Dad, I quickly swallowed my food so that I would not choke on his response; knowing he would have a good one. And in classic style he did not bat an eye in his response. "Got drunk once and had sex with a peacock. I was just wondering if you were my son.
  9. They look a little like guavas Muggles but I bet they have a taste all of their own.
  10. Rum and Raisin. I can't believe there are 18 different icecream cone flavours, let alone 100 different icecreams. What a great place. I have never heard of teaberries and I can't really imagine pumpkin flavoured icecream

  17. Lynne, I've had a look at your sites and was very impressed at the time and help you are prepared to give new writers. I always admire people who can critique poetry well, you see things that go completely over my head, but when pointed out, make the poem more enjoyable. The standard of writing is very high.
