Had a good hour reading in the garden today as it was so nice, so am really getting on with The Memory Garden.

Andy & Glendale game this afternoon. Lovely almost summers day! They managed a 2-2 draw with Bucksburn, which was the team that were after him, so they were up for beating them today. They truly could have too, had the finished off more than half a dozen chances, including one that Andy nearly scored a header with but went wide. However, they were awarded a penalty and he took and scored it which evened the score. So 2 goals to his credit so far and 1 point on the board after 2 games. Has you season started Sedge? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Oops...game tonight 18th, but they got beat 4-0

More of 'Knit Two' Kate Jacobs...but am struggling a wee bit with it.

I have just read in the Books section of the 'The Scotsman' newspaper in an interview with Kate Atkinson, that her Case Histories and possibly her other two Jackson Brodie books, are to be adapted for BBC1. They are starting filming of the first three Brodie novels next month in Edinburgh and Jason Issacs (Lucius Malfoy in Harry Potter) as the main character. He should be good in the part I think. The six-part series is to be shown on BCC1 next spring. She also says she is taking a break from the Brodie novels so don't expect another for a while, once the latest is released. -
He has done SFA at various Levels Roland and also has his HND now in Sports Coaching and going on to Uni to do Sports Studies. He loves coaching his wee guys...lol.

Andy and his U'13's had a friendly with the other Culter U'13's tonight and they won 4-1. All his hard work coaching seemed to pay off. They did him proud tonight. Just setting them up for the new season hopefully. He was well chuffed with their performance. Hope it continues.

No worries about chat...just happened to be passing through and there were are few of you around but obviously dashing around the board elsewhere, sat in for about 10 mins then hopped it...lol. Am good today, had a good swimming session this morning and made my normal quota, so ws well chuffed

Hope you enjoy the Memor Keeper's Daughter. I read it recently recommend it. I received in the post today 'The Memory Garden' by Rachel Hore. It is a bookring on here run by Kate. Just off to start it now. How can I be reading 3 books at the same time!

Here we go...start of the 'call offs'. Andy & Co supposed to have a midweek game tonight, but due to the heavy rain we have had the game is off due to waterlogged pitch! Good heavens their second game of the season! Oh what fun we have with out weather

I do go to see it yesterday. Needless to say it wasn't busy..lol. I did enjoy it, but Bella sure does annoy me. Sat there oggling 'Jacob' hubba hubba. Think I am converting to Team Jacob Have to say too Emmit is a bit of a 'tank' too! Oh yeh..the film was quite good!
