New phone and I keep forgetting my log in details. Was putting in my username and password and it wasn't working. Wasn't til I had sent a "forgot my password" email that I found out my username was Twitter. Oopsie daisies!

Just phoned up Vodafone and now have a new phone on its way tomorrow. Getting the new (low end of the scale) Nokia Lumia 520: http://shop.vodafone.co.uk/shop/mobile-phone/nokia-lumia-520-black-paym I'm getting it in white though! I found it cheaper on Talkmobile but they gaveme 25% off the £17 a month contract so I'm only paying £12.75 with the phone free.

I haven't played Wild World in awhile either. When I heard of New Leaf I stole my cousins game but I just can't get back into it. I had the Wii version as well and that was a lot better than Wild World in terms of graphics etc. Oh, that doesn't sound too bad having it pre-instaled but the points you made are a bit of a problem. And same, I love the design of the bundled 3DS! It's polka dots They must have internal memory for the games. I don't see how it can be a problem with space, they must've thought about that.

How many books a week / month / year?
risingdawn replied to honestfi's topic in General Book Discussions
I used to blast through books. But I'm frequently being distracted by video games and having to homework now so I don't read through them as quickly. I also think it's because the books I'm reading right now just aren't the books I should be reading at that moment. They aren't always appealing to me sometimes. xD I can get 2-4 books in a month, I guess. -
OMG! Was so addicted to Wild World. I decided last week that I would save £15 (out of my £40 pocket money) towards the Animal Crossing 3DS bundle! I honestly cannot wait. Hopefully by the time I get my student finance there will only be like £80-£100 left to pay so I can splurge on it! Boyfriend got back from going to Scotland on Monday and brought home the new Tomb Raider! Been playing that since and I love the game. I find it annoying though when it has those scenarios where you're struggling against someone, or something, and you have to press a specific button at precisely the right moment in order to get away and on Tomb Raider they literally reveal the button a mere second before you're meant to press it so I always end up dying so that I can remember the button and just keep tapping away. XD

I watched Star Trek last night. Turns out I have watched the whole thing before. Couldn't help laughing at "numb tongue!"

I had enchiladas with some tesco chips.

Ouch! Hope you don't have to get root canal. I'm preying that my newly filled molars won't get toothache otherwise I will need root canal. I can barely keep my mouth open for 20 mins.

Started Renegade's Magic last night. The last in the Solider Son Trilogy.

I am literally getting annoyed with my English essay now. I've now transferred onto my other teacher because the one I was going to didn't think I was going in the right direction. Rewrote it for the new one and now I'm kinda rewriting what I've written again. There's no pleasing an English teacher. I literally started doing it at about half 10 last night and stopped about 20 mins ago. But, admittedly, I did watch an episode of Carrie Diaries in between. I worked while I was waiting for it to buffer. xD

For dinner (technically yesterday), I had mustard chicken with garlic mushrooms and tomato and cheese potatoes. And tonight I am having enchiladas with homemade potato wedges.

Well, I watched a couple films today: Life of Brian - This was actually quite good. I wasn't really in the mood to watch a film as I really wanted to finish my book but I actually got into it. It was funny in an idiotic/simplistic way and was a funny twist on the life of Jesus. The Borrowers/Happy Feet - Only saw bits of these as I was reading in between. Generally quite good. Inkheart - I read the books of these and absolutely loved them! How could you not love a series of books about books. The film was alright I think. I had a hard time remembering the characters and I thought there was a lot less in the film than the book. But, considering I read the books ages ago I couldn't really remember. Dirty Dancing - A classic in my family! So cringy but such a feel good romantic film. I mean, who calls their child Baby?! 300 - Again, not much of this film. I've never managed to finish it and I really should. I'm not sure how I feel about Gerard Butler having a full head of hair and a beard. I think I prefer him with his hair the way it is now. It was quite good and I loved the slowed down scenes of the fighting between the Spartans and the Persians. It was really good and I loved the detail put into it.

The Prisoner of Heaven by Carlos Ruiz Zafón
risingdawn replied to Ben's topic in Crime / Mystery / Thriller
Yep! That is the one. I loved the book and instantly wanted to read the rest. -
Didn't really like this weeks episode. Didn't understand anything and it didn't even distract me from my computer. Ending pretty crap imo aswell.

The Prisoner of Heaven by Carlos Ruiz Zafón

The Shadow of the Wind sounds more familiar out of the two of them. I know the girl was blind (I think) and can't really remember much else. -
I hadn't even noticed he had lost weight! Haha. I'm more scared of the other guy, though I can't remember his name. Greg Wallace just looks like one of those easy-going kind of people.
