  1. I think I heard something on the news last night about 20 tornadoes going through there or something? I don't know whether they meant that in the history there have been a total of 20 tornadoes. But it's so sad. The amount of tornadoes you get in America is unbelievable. Just when you think you've sorted your life out and got back on track another one comes along. I'm really hoping this weekend is nice and sunny as my Dad and his girlfriend are coming down to seeme. I've also got a math exam on Friday and a JOB INTERVIEW on Thursday. I'm so excited. It's my first ever job interview so I'm nervous as well.
  2. Fishcakes with a melting middle and cauli cheese
  3. I watched Parker again but this time my Mum saw it. It's a good film.
  4. The final episode of this half of the series was pretty good. Kept me hooked but confused at the same time. For some reason I never really understood the Great Intelligence person thing. I think I've heard it mentioned in regards to other episodes but I still don't really understand it. xD I thought it was interesting that John Hurt appeared at the end. I'm really intrigued to see where it goes. I'm wondering whether it's somehow linked to Smith and Tennant being in the same episode at the end? And I doubt it will be the last we see of River Song, just because she's "dead" doesn't mean he won't time travel and see her again.
  5. It had barely gotten down to business by page 51. I'm well past it. Not finished Inferno yet but it's getting better and better.
  6. Started Inferno. Not been able to put it down since. Obviously I've had to but when I am reading it I'm totally engrossed. Nothing has been given away too quickly and you're getting a good backstory on how events are how they are. I love it!
  7. I finished Renegade's Magic, so later today I will be starting Inferno by Dan Brown. Will tell you guys what it's like.
  8. Guessing from the feeling of there being a heatwave in the flat, it mus be boiling outside. I can see the sun and a hazy cloud.
  9. It's on my Mum's bedside table. I'm hoping to start it tomorrow as I only have 100 pages or so left of Renegade's Magic.
  10. Getting close to the end of Renegade's Magic. I literally told my Mum that she must leave Inferno for me to read first as, by me reading the prologue/first chapter that was features on Tesco's blog, I should be allowed to read it first to continue from where I left off.
  11. Jelly Popping Candy Shells Cadbury Dairy Milk
  12. I think my reading mojo is finally starting to reappear from the closet. Read a bit more of Renegade's Magic. I'm more tempted to finish it as well as my Mum got Dan Brown's Inferno and I'm determined to read/finish it before her.
  13. Had toad in the hole with chips and peas/sweetcorn
  14. Actually managed to read a bit today. Not sure if my mojo is back yet but it's a start.
  15. Yesterday I watched the first American Pie and then American Pie The Wedding. We were planning on doing an American Pie marathon but we only got through those two. xD And I've just finished watching Life of Pi. I loved it! Such great storytelling. I loved the change in relationship between Pi and Robert Parker.
  16. Oh that's a good price. £10 less than GAME! Oh yes, that sounds like something we could do. Apparently you can go into anyone's town, even people you've never met. Or at least I think I read that. And that any changes or destructions you make to that town don't become reality, it's almost like a dream I've just completed Tomb Raider (easy mode) on Xbox. I think I'm gonna re-play it in normal mode so that I can get the rest of the achievements I didn't get. I've only got 13 out of 50. I'm not likely to get all of them as some of them are for multiplayer and I can't be bothered signing up for XBL.
  17. I had prawn curry (with a butter chicken sauce) and some tesco naan breads.
  18. I noticed that a standard 3DS XL was like £140 by itself. But then you'll probably be paying between £30 to £40 for the game itself so it just falls a little short of paying for the whole bundle. I still need to save up though and won't be buying it 'til September. Hopefully by then the 3DS will have dropped a bit more as well as the game of New Leaf might be discounted a bit. Or even the bundle itself.
  19. I'm not sure whether to vote for the Mistborn Trilogy or his Wheel of Time books. I absolutely loved his Mistborn Trilogy and it was only really my Kobo's fault that I didn't really get along with the last book in the trilogy as the text was really small and weird in format so 3 pages on my Kobo was like one page in the real book. But I loved it. And I absolutely loved his collab for the last books of Wheel of Time. My favourite book was A Memory of Light. He did brilliantly at spanning out the battle throughout the whole book.
  20. I think my reading mojo has definitely run away recently. Just when I'm reading my mind starts drifting quite a lot. And I'm not even reading that much compared to what I would like to. I spend more time on the computer/xbox/new phone than I do reading. I'm still reading Renegade's Magic and I'm only just coming up to halfway.
  21. Never tried that before. Not sure I even like soy products unless I can't taste anything haha.
