kass
'Soda Bread and Rosewater' by Marsha Mehran. My mouth waters everytime I think of this title. The book itself is a great read.
soso
The God of Small Things though I didn’t like the book much but the title made so curious
frankie
Tom Wolfe has many good ones, for example The Kandy-Kolored Tangerine-Flake Streamline Baby, The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test and The Pump House Gang.
Raven
And Iain M Banks' Feersum Endjinn always makes me smile - it reminds me just how funny that book is. Iain M. Banks has had some good titles; Look to Windward, Consider Phlebas, Inversions, the rather simple Matter and my personal favourite, Excession. My entry in this thread would be Stand on Zanzibar, by John Brunner. I was expecting Kylie to beat me to this!
