I miss Pinky and the Brain! But I do have all of the Pink Panther cartoons on DVD. There's a book review show on TV here that uses a very similar theme to Black Books so, needless to say, I like that one too I like the Buffy theme as well. Chrissy Posted August 27, 2009 Share Posted August 27, 2009 I love the theme tune to 'Angel'. That haunting and lonely (like Angel himself!) violin melody that starts before the heavy beat comes in. I adore the 'Firefly' theme - ".....You can't take the sky from me...." Another one I loved was the theme to the John Thaw series 'Morse'. My list would have to include: Doctor Who (circa the early Tom Baker years, the Davison years and series two and three of New Who!). The Day of the Triffids Blake's 7 Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (before they "jazzed" it up). I love this tune and have it as my mobile ringtone. Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Yeah, i think it's good but nowhere near as beautiful as Voyager theme tune in my opinion. I also love the superhero tunes. Superman, etc. I loved the Quantum Leap tune although it is a little cheesy. That's all i can think of at the mo.....
