Drinking chilled red with lightish meats seems to have gained some fashion. I'm drinking not very good champagne tonight, just because I felt like it having been in the office 'til 9:15. Also picked up another regular for me Bull's Blood from Spain (I think) very bold. So chilled red Andy? I'll have to try that sometime. We did have pink champagne a few weeks ago when we had the relatives from both sides round to the house for get-together and show of presents when my daughter got married. It is one of my favorite Roses'.
