nippysweetie_1 Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 Hi Everyone, I'm new to Forums and did not see myself ever joining one. So far I like this site. I have four children (young people now) and two grandchildren. I sound old but I started young. My drug of choice is and always has been books, I'm lucky. I hope you are all well and happy. Say hello when you see me here i'm a bit lost. Quote

nippysweetie_1 Posted July 6, 2009 Author Posted July 6, 2009 Thank you I am enjoying it but just now my 16 year old is demanding the family pc so i'm off. Thank you to everyone who said hello. I look forward to talking with you all again. Goodnight and thank you for making me welcome. Quote
nippysweetie_1 Posted July 6, 2009 Author Posted July 6, 2009 it means someone who is not afraid to stand up for herself but also quite kind..someone really nice but totally annoying as my 16 year old defines it. It is a Scottish expression. Quote
frankie Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 Thanks for clearing that up Now you'd better give your PC back to your 16-year-old before she turns nippy sweetie on you Quote
